Drifted peacefully away on October 26th 2026, aged 84 years.
Beloved wife of 59 years to Peter Babich, treasured mother to Joseph, David and Michael, loving mother-in-law to Julie and Paula and very proud Mor Mor to Peter, Annelise, Luke, Sophia and Amara.
Lise was born in Copenhagen, Denmark on the 4th of March 1942, and emigrated to New Zealand in 1951 with her father Ernst, mother Henny and brothers Ole and Soren. Her youngest brother Tony was born in Auckland a few years later.
As a family, we are forever grateful to have been by her side in her final days.
The service will be held Monday 2nd November, at 12noon on the premises of Morrisons Funerals, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson.
