Erika passed away peacefully at home surrounded by the love of her whanau.
Erika's family will miss her forever, her son Keahn and his dad Bola, her twin sister Hannah and nieces Willow and Mera, and parents Judy and Bruce, and Derek and Kay.
A celebration of Erika's life will be held at Morrisons Henderson on Wednesday 4th June at 12.30pm in the Main Chapel.
