It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother Vera May Baber on Monday 18 May 2026, surrounded by family, aged 87 years.
Cherished wife of the late John Baber. Much loved mother of Chris, Tony, Stephen and the late Carolyn. Mother-in-law of Jenny. Sister of Gordon Nicholson. Treasured nana of Celeste and Morgan, Ethan and Jesse, Damien and Mitchell, Daniel and Evan. Great nana of Lleyton, Isaac, Asher, Amy, Jackson and Lejon.
Vera will be so very sadly missed. Her loving, caring nature and beautiful smile will live forever in our hearts. We are truly grateful and blessed to have her as our mother. Loved always and forever, rest peacefully mum.
The funeral service for Vera will be held on Wednesday 20 May 2026 at 11am in the Garden Chapel of Morrisons Funeral Home 220 Universal Drive Henderson. A livestream to the service can be found below.
