A service to celebrate Lynda's life will be held on Thursday 23 January at 1pm at RNZAF Base Auckland, Whenuapai followed by private cremation.
In lieu of flowers Lynda requested donations be made, instead, to the Cancer Society or your local Hospice.
Special thanks to all the health workers who cared so compassionately for Lynda, particularly those angels at Harbour Hospice.
